...“We loved the hotel, location was good but not as central as Orchid etc. It is walking distance to the river. It was quiet, large and great views of both the city and river (Deluxe Room) The staff were amazing, probably the best we had in Vietnam. They seemed to know what you wanted or needed before you had to ask. The lobby is elegant, breakfast has a great selection. The pool area was very nice, with great service. The hotel was very clean and new. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend this hotel if you are looking for some comfort, luxury and a pool!”

“This hotel is among the newer in the city, and so it offers some Western amenities not easily found in other hotels- such as the lobby bar and European style spa.
As a part of a private tour, we stopped at this hotel for 3 nights total, 2 the first visit, and 1 on our way back north. Both check-in and check-out were easy and efficient, and our party of 6 was able to get rooms on the same floor. The downstairs lobby bartenders left a little to be desired, as all 3 of them didn't know how to make several of the items on the menu. However, this is easily overlooked if you just stick to the basics and order a beer*! *Side note- Hue is home to Huda Beer- a great crisp beer that we found perfect after a long day on our feet!
The rooms were comfortable and clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The spa was a favorite spot for us, and we each booked 2 massages while we were there. For 20USD, we were able to get hour long massages, private aromatherapy steam rooms and sauna, all ended with a tall glass of hot sweet ginger tea... amazing way to unwind at the end of a day!
All in all, I'd definitely recommend this as a good hotel stop for those visiting Hue that wants a centrally located and modern style accommodation.”
